PAN DE QUESO BRASILEÑO, ESTILO ESPAÑOL

Spanish style Brazilian cheese breads

Baked cheese breads made with tapioca flour, manchego cheese and Spanish smoked paprika.

 

 

 

CHORIZO ESTOFADO EN VINO TINTO

 Chorizo braised in red wine

Cured Spanish chorizo, braised and then marinated overnight. Topped with a reduced wine/vinegar sauce.

 

 

PAELLA DE MARISCO

Seafood paella

Calaspara rice, stock, saffron, smoked paprika, and sea food prepared in a paella.

Aromatic, colorful, flavorful…

Tomato/olive salad
