Walnut and Basil Pesto with sun-dried tomatoes, cheese and olive oil

Hazelnut- Oregano Pesto with parmesan, basil, and olive oil

 

Pesto di Prezzemolo con Pomodori Freschi

Parsley Sauce with Fresh Ripe Tomatoes, garlic, peperoncino flakes and olive oil

Gnocchi di Patate

Potato gnocchi with home-cured pancetta, spring vegetables, cheese and a sprinkle of white balsamic vinegar

 

Fiocchi di Scrippelle all'Arancio

Ribbons of scrippelle (crêpes) tossed with a caramelized orange-apricot sauce and pine nuts
